This past week for #worldwidewednesday we traveled to Bolivia 🇧🇴 where I made Sandwiche De Chola. I seasoned and roasted a large pork shoulder. Made roasted salsa verde and a hot pepper sauce called Llajua Bolivian hot sauce. Well kind of. We are not super spicy people lover so I toned it WAY down I think actually too far down. Nate made sopa de mani which is a quinoa peanut soup. Both items were very tasty. #cookingatclarktowers. #familycookingtogether. Not sure where we are going this week.
