Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, add butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Stir over low heat for about 2 minutes until melted and it starts to lightly simmer.
Whisk in the garlic, salt, and pepper for one minute.
Reduce heat to low and add in the Parmesan cheese, continue to whisk until melted.
