Instructions
For large chicken breast slice them in half horizontally. Season both sides with salt and pepper on all 4 pieces.
Place flour in a shallow dish, coat chicken on both sides and shake off the excess.
In a large sauté pan melt the butter, or use olive oil over medium high heat. Add the floured chicken, cook on one side for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Turn and cook the other side for another 1 -2 minutes.
Turn the heat down to medium low and add the last tab of butter and the minced garlic. stir and cook for a minute. Add the vinegar, soy sauce and honey. stirring to bring the sauce together and cover the chicken. Simmer for a minutes or until the sauce slightly thickens. Turn the chicken over to coat with the sauce.
Remove chicken and plate taking the sauce and pouring it over each piece. Serve warm.
