Ingredients
Meatloaf

olive oil

onion
chopped fine

cup
celery
chopped fine
⅓

carrot
chopped fine

pounds
ground turkey

rolled oats
1
egg

teaspoon
garlic
minced

tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce

milk

teaspoons
Mrs Dash seasoning mix

teaspoon
ground black pepper
Sauce
8
ounces
no salt tomato sauce
¼
cup
brown sugar

tablespoon
yellow mustard
1
tablespoon
cider vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Saute onion, celery, carrot and garlic in the olive oil just till tender, let them cool a bit.
In a large bowl mix all the meatloaf ingredients together using your hands.
Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the meatloaf ingredients.
Bake for 1 hour.
