Cooking At Clark Towers
Last weeks #worldwidewednesday we traveled to Afghanistan 🇦🇫 for dinner. Abbi made Kabuli Pulao which is a spiced lamb pilaf we substituted the lamb for beef. Nate made Bolani which is potatoes and green onion fried flatbread. I attempted to make Sheer Pira for something sweet. I don’t think l let it boil long enough and I also substituted nonfat dry milk for full fat dry milk. Definitely did not work out as it probably should have.
