Cooking At Clark Towers
Last night we “traveled” to Australia with some delicious fried chicken, fresh watermelon and some interesting cookies. What made this Australian was the spices native to Australia 🇦🇺 purchased from @melbournebushfood The recipes we made were from the cookbook Mabu Mabu by @norniebero Abbi made Wattleseed Spatchcock using chicken thighs the spices used were dried saltbush and ground wattleseed. The cookies were Lemon Myrtle Cookies. Made with the spice lemon myrtle. They were surprisingly lemony without using any lemons 🍋 they were very good plus I enjoyed one this morning with my morning tea #cookingatclarktowers #worldwidewednesday #familycookingtogether
