Cooking At Clark Towers
This last #worldwidewednesday we went to Senegal 🇸🇳 Abbi made the dinner and dessert for the fam this week. The flavors were very intense and crazy good! She made Yassa Chicken and Evaporated milk and Lime Ice Cream. The chicken marinade has 10 lemons zested and juices as well as 2 tablespoons of red nokoss which she ordered a special seed called dawadawa from @zoesghanakitchen. Nokoss is a mixture of garlic ginger chilis herbs peppers and tomatoes. Tons of flavor. Served over rice and was even good the next day for my lunch. Next week we are off to Peru 🇵🇪. #familycookingtogether. #cookingatclarktowers.
