Cooking At Clark Towers
Tonight for our #worldwidewednesday we went to Cyprus. Sort of. I’ll explain the sort of part first. My son looked up the tree Cypress instead of the Country Cyprus. It could happen to anyone! So he made a cypress cocktail. I made a citrus cake. My daughter made Afelia (pork marinated in red wine and coriander) and Cypriot Potato Salad from #ripefigscookbook by @yasminkhanstories. #cookingatclarktowers. #familycookingtogether. I believe we off to Monaco 🇲🇨 next week!
