Cooking At Clark Towers
Last week we traveled to Ethiopia 🇪🇹 where Abbi made Dodo Wat plus Injera bread and a riff on Ethiopian collard greens. I fell like I cheated a little. When I looked up Ethiopian desserts it was a top 10 list and the last thing on the list was tiramisu so I made that! It was definitely discussed at dinner to why would an Italian dessert be on a 10 traditional Ethiopian dessert list. We concluded coffee is originally from there so they like and make it a lot. It’s pretty weak reasoning but I made it since it was on a list. #worldwidewednesday #familycookingtogether #cookingatclarktowers.
