Pies and tarts bake or buy?

Cooking At Clark Towers
This past Wednesday we “traveled” to Madagascar 🇲🇬 using several recipes from the cookbook #inbibiskitchen by @hawahassan Abbi made Carrot Salad with Vinaigrette, Tsaramaso Malagasy (traditional Malagasy white beans), Lasary Legioma (tomato relish) and Akoho Misy Sakamalao (chicken thighs with garlic, ginger, and coconut oil). Alex made a cocktail out of their recipe for Ginger Spritz. I made Mofo Makasaoka (baguette fritters) which was crazy simple and so delicious. We ended up eating an entire loaf of bread. We were 9 this week so maybe we didn’t eat that many. Ummm no we really ate too much bread. #worldwidewednesday. #cookingatclarktowers. #familycookingtogether
