Cooking At Clark Towers
Last week we traveled to Crete for our #worldwidewednesday family meal. Abbi made meat chicken with oregano. Sweet butternut squash with chestnuts and olives and lemon rice. The cooking method of the chicken Abbi said was a little odd. The flavor was excellent everyone really liked it a lot. Rich and I tried to make Cretan sweet pies called Kalitsounia. While the flavor was good the crust didn’t hold up. I followed the directions but I think there was too much oil. I made the dough and filling. Rich helped by forming the tarts and baking them. He tried to get a little fancy LOL. #familycookingtogether. #cookingatclarktowers.
