Cooking At Clark Towers
Tonight for our #worldwidewednesday. We visited Bali. Alex made a kookaburra cocktail with lemongrass infused Gin. I attempted to make Pie Susu Bali (Balinese Milk Custard Tart) it tasted pretty good. It was not very pretty. While Abbi out did herself and made Lontong (boiled rice cakes), Tipat Cantok (vegetables and rice cakes in a spicy peanut sauce), and Sate Tusuk Sere Tabia (chicken sate with tamarind-chili sauce). All from the cookbook Paon by @mayakerthyasa and @chefwayan. #familycookingtogether. #cookingatclarktowers.
