Cooking At Clark Towers
Last week we traveled to Oregon pretty much for the cake! Abbi made the cake I assembled and decorated the cake. It was mostly about the cake lol Abbi saw this Marionberry-Lavender layer cake with German buttercream frosting and she read that Marionberries come from Oregon. It was fabulous! Oregon is known for pears, hazelnuts, chanterelle mushrooms and dairy so Nate made a pear and hazelnut salad with blue cheese and Abbi made a chanterelle mushroom and leek tart. #worldwidewednesday. #cookingatclarktowers. #familycookingtogether.
