Week 18 we traveled to Sweden 🇸🇪 for some pretty funky but tasty burgers. Abbi made Beef Lindström Burgers that had capers pickled beets and pickles diced up in them. They were quite good! I made a Swedish Almond Cake that was excellent. Thinking of blogging that recipe. Super easy and is a great dessert or would be great for breakfast/brunch if there was any leftover.
